My family and I were looking forward to a relaxing weekend, but our experience was quite upsetting. We faced issues with a rude front desk manager and discovered our suite was not as advertised for accommodating families. However, I did appreciate the spaciousness of our upgraded room. The service overall left much to be desired, and I wouldn't recommend this place unless major improvements are made.

We initially received a suite that was claimed to fit five people, but it barely accommodated two. The upgraded room was slightly better in size but still disappointing.

The front desk service was lacking, especially the manager's rude attitude towards our concerns. It felt like our needs didn't matter at all.

The hotel seemed nice from the outside, but it was far from appealing when we arrived. It's tucked away in a decent area, but nothing noteworthy nearby.

I didn't have any meals here, but I heard from colleagues that there are two on-site restaurants. I cannot comment on the food myself though.

The facilities appeared to be average. The upgrade was an added cost, which shouldn't have been necessary in my opinion.
